Spatial Systems Associates normally provides ongoing as-needed support to our clients following completion of a deployment. Whether to assist in operator use (call system), providing operator training, developing enhanced functionality, or providing services to assist in maintaining the data underlying the FMIS, SSA staff is prepared to provide both onsite and remote support services as necessary.
