The Site Sustainability portion of SpatialMMS is tailored to track the information necessary for USGBC building certification and for facility operations. When the user selects the Site Sustainability pull-down from the main page, the following screen is displayed:

As with the other interfaces, the left hand column depicts the facility layout, in this case in relation to the overall site. The major utilities are indicated, as well as where they enter the facility. The stormwater infrastructure, including inlets, drainage pipe location, slope, size, and connectivity, the contours of the ground, parking area, location of handicapped parking spaces, etc. are also depicted. The legend in the right hand box identifies the symbology.

The reports tab displays an interface that identifies the total lot size, amount of impervious surface, number of parking spaces and number of handicapped parking spaces. The documentation portion of this subsystem contains the site drawings, sediment and erosion control documentation, landscape plan and site electrical drawings.
