MdProperty View

MdProperty View is a comprehensive visual dataset of property maps and parcel information for the 23 counties of Maryland and the City of Baltimore. All of the data is accessible through ESRI ArcGIS Desktop 9.x or ArcView 3.x. MdProperty View data is collected from the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) compiled by the Maryland Department of Planning (MDP).

Parcel data contains tax record information, owner names and addresses and over 100 additional fields of parcel related data. Aerial photography, boundaries, census data and land use/coverage data is also included for each jurisdiction for enhanced analysis of properties.

MdProperty View uses an Enhanced User Interface which provides tools that allow for users to quickly search, zoom to parcels and generate reports of parcel data. Additional tools are provided for extended analysis of properties, as well as research links to the State Department of Assessments and Taxation web site for the most up to-date information. A Geocode Tool is also provided to geographically link MdProperty View data to an existing address point layer.
